Lethal Twist (Jay Lethal, Blake Christian, and Lee Johnson) has a shot at the AEW World Trios Championship when they challenge “Hangman” Adam Page and Brodido (Bandido and Brody King) to kick off the show. The challengers had their time to shine, and their high-flying tandem moves excited, but the finish was never in doubt, marking the first defense for the new champs. Ricochet came to the top of the entrance ramp to distract, while Gate of Agony rushed the ring.
Brian Cage Vs. Hechicero | Continental Challenge Cup
Brian Cage and Hechicero battled in the first round of the Continental Challenge Cup. Both guys showed off their physicality and strength, including planting deep potatoes. Hechicero picked up the victory after taking a beating, via an awkward roll-up that didn’t go as planned.
Divine Dominion vs. Brawling Birds Build | AEW Collision Results
AEW Women’s World Tag Team Champion Divine Dominion (Lena Kross and Megan Bayne) had a squash match with some unknown talent, already in the ring. The Brawling Birds (Alex Windsor and Jaime Hayter) charged them post-match, but the champs managed to powder away. The two teams will go at it at All In in a couple of weeks.
Nigel McGuinness Vs. Katsuyori Shibata | Continental Challenge Cup
Nigel McGuinness and “The Wrestler” Katsuyori Shibata had a first-round cup match of their own. This was a stiff contest, but it had elite technical sections and reversals. McGuinness picked up the upset victory with a unite pin and advances in the Continental Challenge Cup.
The Rascalz & Leo Rush | AEW Collision Results
The Rascalz and Leo Rush had a squash match as well, with four guys already in the ring. This was a rather pointless segment, but it happened. It seemed like an incremental step up for Rush’s gimmick.

Shane Taylor Promotions and The Hurt Syndicate had an eight-man squash too – a trend for this episode. Shane Taylor picked up the pinfall after one of the most vicious package-piledrivers one will ever see.
Mercedes Moné vs. Zayda Steele | Singles Match
Mercedes Moné and Zayda Steele faced off in singles action. Moné put some shine on Steele before ultimately picking up the victory. After the match, Willow Nightingale had to step in and stop the winner from causing further damage. The two are scheduled for the AEW Women’s World Championship match at All In on August 30, 2026.
Roderick Strong Vs. Kyle O’Reilly | Continental Challenge Cup
The main event of AEW Collision was another first-round cup match between Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong, two members of The Conglomeration with a much deeper history. Now this was a true wrestling match, with unique move sets, athleticism, and smooth reversals. O’Reilly was the ultimate winner.
