1 South Carolina vs 9 Texas A&M
Texas A&M played tenacious defense, forcing 7 steals and 24 turnovers. Aicha Coulibaly kept the Aggies in the game with 32 points. Kamilla Cardosa led a team effort with 17 points to keep the undefeated Gamecocks ahead around ten points the whole game. South Carolina advances to Saturday’s semifinals 79-68.

4 Alabama vs 5 Tennessee
The Vols took control of this game early on and led by 13 at half and 25 mid-way through the third. Jewel Spear was a perfect 6-6 from the three-point line and finished with 24 points. Rickea Jackson bounced back from an off performance yesterday with 22 points and nine rebounds. Tennessee moves on 83-61.

2 LSU vs 7 Auburn
The defending champs played like a thoroughbred from the opening tip. They jumped out to a 21-0 lead in the first quarter. All five starters were in double figures with Flau’Jae Johnson leading the way with 25 points and seven rebounds. Leading by 40 plus LSU was never in doubt 78-48.

3 Mississippi vs 11 Florida
A close game throughout, this game was tied 71 all with under 4 minutes to go. However, Ole Miss went on a 13-3 run to close out the game. Florida guard Aliyah Matharu went down late hitting her head on the floor but led the Gators with 24 points, but there was too much Marquesha Davis down the stretch pacing the game with 33 points.
