These AEW Dynamite results are the second-to-last before the All In PPV. Title pictures continue to heat up, and the quarterfinals in the Continental Class Cup got underway.
Will Ospreay & United Empire Vs. The Don Callis Family
“The Ariel Assassin” Will Ospreay teamed with The United Empire to take on The Don Callis Family (Lance Archer, Rocky Romero, and Brian Cage) in a trios match. This was a stiff, physical matchup, with everyone getting a moment to shine. Outside of that, it was a relatively short match, with Ospreay pinning Romero for the finish.
Kyler Fletcher & Konosuke Takeshita: AEW International Championship
AEW International Champion “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher came for an in-ring interview with Tony Schiavone, ahead of the triple-threat title match at All In. After landing some insults, he was joined by one of his challengers, “The Alpha” Konosuke Takeshita, and he was in no mood for words. The brawl was on in the ring, with a match-caliber back-and-forth, before Takeshita was the last man standing. He hoisted the title over his head, and placed his boot on the downed champion.
Kenny Omega & Will Ospreay: AEW World Heavyweight Championship
Ahead of their upcoming title match at All In, AEW World Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega and Ospreay had a snorefest of an extended interview, that added nothing but a history lesson over 12 minutes of TV time.
Hikaru Shida Vs. Persephone Vs. Kris Statlander Vs. Maya World: TBS Championship
The TBS Championship was on the line in a four-way match featuring Hikaru Shida, CMLL World Women’s Champion Persephone, Kris Statlander, and defending champion Maya World. It was a fairly lackadaisical and straightforward match, with World pulling out the pinfall victory over Statlander, a reversal into a roll-up.
Jay White Vs. Jon Moxley: Continental Classic Cup

“Switchblade” Jay White and AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley kicked off the quarterfinals in the Continental Classic Cup. Moxley started with methodical control and classic power moves, but white brought the stiff receipts. Switchblade had a surprise kick-out of a finisher, but was immediately choked out cold to lose the match.

The Dogs jumped White after the match, but were quickly joined by The Conglomeration and AEW World Trio Champion Brodido and “Hangman” Adam Page. The Revolution joined them from the top of the entrance ramp, but the end was vague. Page welcomed all challengers for All In, but nothing was announced.
Nigel McGuinness Vs. Hechicero: Continental Classic Cup
Nigel McGuinness also had a quarterfinal match in the Continental Classic Cup, against CMLL World Heavyweight Champion Hechicero. The wrestlers and commentary heavily worked an injury to McGuinness’ leg/ankle, only for him to choke out Hechicero, which is terrible booking of a champion.
Kevin Knight & Darby Allin: TNT Championship
TNT Champion “The Jet” Kevin Knight called Darbin Allin out, and he appeared at the top of the entrance ramp. Still unclear if it was planned or accidental (it was a work either way), pyro exploded all around Allin, sending him flying down the ramp disoriented. Knight took the opportunity to drop him before he was taken away on a stretcher.
The Don Callis Family Vs. The Elite
The Don Callis Family (El Clon, Mark Davis, and Jake Doyle) vs. The Elite (The Young Bucks and AEW World Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega) was the trios main event of Dynamite. The match slowly escalated to Omega picking up the pinfall victory via One-Winged Angel. Further Don Callis family members came to aid, but they were interrupted by AEW World Tag Team Champions Adam Copeland and Christian Cage. Everyone but the champ fought their way to the back, which is when the challenger for his title at All In, Ospreay, came to fight. It didn’t turn out for The Aerial Assassin, who took a One-Winged Angel through a table to end Dynamite.
AEW Dynamite Results: In Conclusion
AEW Dynamite perhaps had too much filler this week, but there were some entertaining nuggets in the results. Stay tuned to Greenville Sports Media on the road to All In.
