This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite 12.03.25 was largely filled with matches in the Continental Classic, but it also featured other championship storylines unfolding. Here are the main takeaways from the latest episode.
AEW Continental Classic – Gold League – Pac Vs. Kazuchika Okada
These two men set a physical tone with the first match of the evening. Kazuchika reversed Pac’s Brutalizer into a roll-up pin, getting his first three points of the tournament.
TNT Championship Update
After the match above, TNT Champion Mark Briscoe cut a promo to announce his next challenger. Tired of his new antics with the Deathriders, he announced Daniel Garcia as the next challenger. This is scheduled for AEW’s Winter is Coming event.
AEW Continental Classic – Gold League – Kyle Fletcher Vs. Kevin Knight
As bleak as it sounds, Kevin Knight never really had a chance in this match or tournament. That being said, they put on an entertaining match. It’s also important to note that Kyle Fletcher did gain the expected three points.
AEW Dynamite 12.03.25 – Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament
Marina Shafir and Megan Bayne faced Timeless Love Bombs in the semi-finals. The winner of the match advanced to face Babes of Wrath for the championship. This was also a deathmatch, with spots in the match that certainly warrant the billing. The finish saw Luther aid Toni Storm in the pin.
AEW Continental Classic – Blue League – Claudio Casignolli Vs. Jon Moxley
This was always going to be an interesting match. It’s got two of the most physical and talented stars on the roster, with two added layovers. The first being the fact it’s in the AEW Continental Classic, and the next is that they’re factionmates. The two showed off their technical talent and abilities before moving into a more graphic match with color. It was also a pleasant surprise to see Claudio Castignolli pick up the three points in a clean finish.
AEW Dynamite 12.03.25 In Review
There were multiple matches in the AEW Continental Classic that took place, continuing the story of the yearly tournament. It also gave further depth to ongoing championship storylines.
