Quotables
“I thought that Davidson had a really good game plan, and what a fantastic game. I’m extremely proud of our squad. We learned a couple of lessons in that game, and most of all, the lesson was to continue to pepper them. Given the situation with that corner, I thought it was brilliant. You know, there was a lot of heat on that, so kudos to Mia. For our team to have that composure with just seconds left is a real testament to how strong these young women are. It was really gutsy and resilient for the squad to come back and I’m excited to see how much we learned before returning home for our match on Sunday” – head coach Jen Averill
