The Greenville Drive once again made things interesting at the end, but just didn’t have enough to get past the Hickory Crawdads 6-5. Romero has a two-run shot to pull within a run, but Jackson Kelley got two runners around the bases to help let the Crawdads sneak out the victory Sunday.

The Drive return home for a series with the Wilmington Blue Rocks of the Washington Nationals farm system. This was the final series with the Hickory Crawdads as it was announced to make room for the new Spartanburg team in High A, Hickory would be dropping down to the Carolina Single A league.
