Raw opened this week with a promo segment from Cody Rhodes. If you missed Smackdown on Friday, The Rock laid out an interesting challenge to Cody Rhodes. If he can beat The Rock and Roman Reigns in a team-team match on night 1 of WrestleMania, he would have a clean shot at Roman on night 2, but, if he loses, it would be “Bloodline Rules”. During this segment Cody calls Seth to the ring and asks him to be his tag partner for that match. Seth advised Cody he meant what he said, he has his back with The Bloodline, and has a question for Cody. Will he have his back this Friday on Smackdown? Of course, Cody said he will.

Gunther was featured in the next contest in a singles match against “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio. Dominik made the early mistake of chopping the chest of Gunther. Mysterio did a good job avoiding the angered Gunther for a few minutes but ended up eating his share of vicious chops. Dominik’s in the ring talent has been increasing and it really showed in this match. He did end up tapping out, but he looks a lot more comfortable in the ring.

Also of note, Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler defeated Katana Chance and Kayden Carter with the champions ringside. This seems to put them in the title picture.

Becky Lynch would take on Nia Jax in 1-on-1 action. This was a decent match until ruined by Liv Morgan. Becky seemed to be working on expanding her move set while Liv Morgan is working the angle of a “revenge tour”.

Jey Uso would face Drew McIntyre in the main event. Before you knew it, Solo Sikoa would make a ring-side appearance through the crowd. Cody Rhodes was quick to appear and get rid of Solo. That seemingly kept it even and Jey seemed to be heading to the top rope for a finishing move, that is, until he saw his brother, Jimmy Uso. Drew McIntyre took advantage of this distraction, hitting the claymore and getting a pinfall victory. Seth Rollins came down to try and fight The Bloodline after the match, but Drew McIntyre took advantage of the distracted champion. Drew hit Seth Rollins with a Claymore and had his music playing as Raw went off the air.
