The Furman Paladins football team who finished in the top 10 last year at the end of the season after getting 7 wins in a row plus able to get a first-round playoff win vs. Elon are in the Preseason Top 5 in a tie for Idaho for #4 in the nation. This year’s team looks to feed on last year’s progress and fight for a national championship in FCS play. The start the season under the lights vs. Tennessee Tech on Aug. 31st, then head to South Carolina to face the Gamecocks under the lights in a battle SEC vs. SoCon. Look for the Paladins to push every team they play this year on way to a possible date for a title.
