Cody Rhodes will be defending the Undisputed WWe Championship against AJ Styles. This is a brand name matchup with two of the best and biggest stars in WWE. Look to AJ Styles to bring the more exciting moveset and to really bring it to the champion. It is, however, much too early for Cody to be dropping the title after finishing the story. I predict AJ Styles putting on a great match and making sure Cody looks good while AJ takes the loss.

Damian Priest will be defending his title as well, when Jey Uso challenges for the World Heavyweight Championship. This one is a little more difficult to predict than the first championship match. There appears to be some cracking in the foundation since Rhea Ripley went out with the injury. Jey on the other hand has been on a roll with a win at WrestleMania and being a first-round draft pick. I also see his merch everywhere, Jey Uso is flourishing as a singles star. Part of me feels it’s too early for Priest to drop the title, but the other part of me can see how big Jey is growing, and how much money he is making for the WWE. I’m going to predict “Main Event” Jey Uso, first round draft pick, becomes the “Main Event” of Raw and wins the World Heavyweight Championship.
At #WWEBacklash, Señor World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest has his first title defense against none other than “Main Event” Jey Uso!

The WWE Women’s Championship will be on the line in a triple threat match, as Bayley is set to defend against Naomi and Tiffany Stratton. This has the potential to be one of the best women’s matches in a while. Tiffany has transferred her athletic ability into wrestling very well, also incorporating high spots you don’t see out of too many women. Both Bayley and Naomi are proven veterans, and know how to work with each other very well. I see the finish going like this; it will appear Tiffany Stratton is about to pin an out of commission Naomi, but Bayley comes in to break up the pin and secure the pinfall on Tiffany, Bayley to retain.
Today, we take a dive into the upcoming triple threat for the WWE Women’s Championship at #WWEBacklash between Bayley, Naomi, and Tiffany Stratton.

The Kabuki Warriors will defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships against the newly formed team of Bianca Belair and Jad Cargill. WWE has really put a conscious effort in pushing Jade outside of matches. Whether it’s anyone on a mic praising her, the promo segments, or being booked strong on TV, it’s clear they want to push her as the next big thing. Jade has a long way to go when it comes to putting on a classic match, but the multi-time champion in Belair should be good protection in a tag-team. It’s also a good way for Jade to grow and learn while also carrying gold. While I see them looking strong in the match and continuing as a dominant team, I see the other members of Damage Control costing Bianca and Jade the match and The Kabuki Warriors to retain in a dirty finish.

The final match scheduled as I write this before Smackdown airs, is a tag match between The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga) and Randy Orton and Kevin Owens. It’s hard to imagine Solo losing at this point. He has declared himself the new leader of The Bloodline, and they have signed Tama Tonga to be by his side. What is hard to imagine however, is how do they plan on booking one of their big stars in Randy or Kevin, to take the loss. My less confident prediction is that Randy Orton has a heel turn and costs Kevin Owens the match, but my official prediction is for The Bloodline to win.
