After last months Feb 7th beating in Rupp Arena 88-73 by the Razorbacks without Nick Smith, this was a big win to finish the regular season by the Wildcats. Smith finished with 25 points today to lead the way for Arkansas. Kentucky had some quality minutes played today off the bench by the trio of Adou Thiero, Damion Collins, and Lance Ware. They combined for 46 minutes of play, went 6-12 FG shooting, had 12 rebounds, 3 assist, 2 blocks, and 15 points. As we head to post season play in March those 3 will be key for Kentucky to make any run in the SEC or NCAA Tournament. Especially if the Cats continue to be shorthanded with players sidelined of limited. Kentucky now gets a bye to the quarterfinal round of the SEC Tournament and awaits to see who they will play next Friday night.
