These 2026 WWE Elimination Chamber predictions will be answered this weekend in Chicago, Illinois. One champion defends his title in the main event in front of the hometown audience, while two other matches feature the brutal chamber with WrestleMania title shots on the line. Final card as of Friday before SmackDown.
Men’s Elimination Chamber Predictions
This Elimination Chamber match will feature Randy Orton, LA Knight, Cody Rhodes, Je’Von Evans, Trick Williams, and Jey Uso. The winner of the match will get a shot at the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 42, a title held by Drew McIntyre thus far. Expected to hold it until then, who makes the most sense to face him at WrestleMania?
This is the first chamber for the up-and-coming high-flying Evans. Fans eagerly wait for the insane spot he’s certain to attempt. Orton may have a small objection, but Rhodes is the WrestleMania opponent for McIntyre.
Women’s Elimination Chamber Predictions
The women’s Elimination Chamber match contains Tiffany Stratton, Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Kiana James, and Raquel Rodriguez. The winner of this one gets a shot at the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania. Jade Cargill currently holds the title and is on perhaps the most boring, uneventful run of the modern era. WWE is sure to select one of the bigger or stronger women in a last-ditch effort to protect Cargill.
That leaves Ripley, James, and Rodriguez in the hunt. The latter is pinned to the hip of the number one contender for the WWE Women’s World Championship, Liv Morgan.
While Ripley would be fine with the majority of the WWE Universe, James is already on the SmackDown side of things. Not to mention the bookers have recently decided to place her on a rocket. One of these women will win, but look for the company to take the opportunity to build a new star. Stratton or Asuka is likely to have the high spot of the match.
WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship – Becky Lynch (c) Vs. AJ Lee
Becky Lynch is scheduled to defend the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship against AJ Lee. WWE continues to ruin this championship since the day it was introduced. It’s wasted on cheap pops and recycled storylines.
This match is no different. Instead of boosting talent, fans are given a nostalgia pop instead of the most talented matchups. Lee is noticeably slow and soft, and isn’t even a full-time wrestler. They may book a greasy heel finish to protect her, but there’s no way she gets the championship.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship – CM Punk (c) Vs. Finn Balor
CM Punk will defend the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Finn Balor. WWE has invested a fair bit of television time in Balor, whether it’s splitting from Judgement Day or pushing for the title. Another loss on the road to WrestleMania would certainly cool down his heat. That said, stripping the mega-popular Punk on the final stop seems unlikely.
This one has a no-contest and a rematch at WrestleMania in some form written all over it. Perhaps a triple-threat with Roman Reigns?
In Conclusion
All of the top-end matches of WrestleMania will be set. Who will take advantage of the last major opportunity on the road to WrestleMania?
