AEW was in Oklahoma this week, and fans were treated to a returning Jim Ross on commentary. With The Don Callis family running rampant, and a no disqualification match as the main event, the card had plenty of potential. Here are the Dynamite Results from January 7, 2026.
Dynamite Results – TBS Championship Eliminator
The first match of the evening was a TBS Championship Eliminator Match. If he can beat the current champion, Jon Moxley, Shelton Benjamin would be awarded a title shot against him. The two battled a smooth but stiff, back-and-forth match until the one minute warning in the time limit. With only five seconds left, Benjamin was pinned in a match the crowd truly popped for.
The Demand Vs. Jack Perry & The Young Bucks
After JetBlue was attacked backstage by a mystery assailant, Jack Perry was searching for new teammates in this trios match. The match had entertaining high spots and exciting, stiff work. Of course, the babyfaces came out on top with the deck stacked against them.
Mark Davis and the debuting Jake Doyle, of the ever-growing Don Callis Family, jumped the winners after the match. The lights then went black. When they returned, Andrade was introduced as yet another member of the family.
Dynamite Results – Sammy Guevara Vs. Bandido
This was a grudge match between the two rivals. They both brought the high flying, as expected, but both also were also physical and believable. Bandido hit a beautiful knee followed by a suplex off a rope-rebound for the victory.
MJF came to the ring after the match. The two are scheduled to face off after Bandido won the Dynamite Diamond Ring. MJF tried to make a fool of his challenger, but ended up on the worse end of things.
Dynamite Results – Toni Storm Vs. Marina Shafir
They had a match more entertaining than expected, but Storm won due to disqualification. The Deathriders tried to help, but played just too much of a role, costing Shafir the match.
Unsanctioned Lights Out Tag Team Match – The Opps Vs. Swerve Strickland & Adam Page
Actually turning the lights off and using two spotlights made it difficult to follow. It should have just been the title for being unsanctioned. It took them a few minutes to realize this before turning them all back on.
Things got serious quickly, including tables and staple guns. A pallet of cinder blocks then became the center of attention. Powerhouse Hobbs would be the one to make first use of them, slamming Strickland. After Swerve hit the House Call on Hook, whose head was being held up with a chain by Hangman, they went to choke him out with the chain over the top rope.
