The Trojans look to rebound after their first home loss of the season last week to Carson-Newman. Wingate is coming off a win over Emory & Henry last week and currently sits 5-2, 3-2 SAC on the season. This will be the first ever match-up between the two programs.

Wingate in the first quarter of play takes complete control of the game scoring 2 field goals, while adding two touchdowns in the second quarter and jumping out to a 20-0 halftime lead over the Trojans of Anderson. Wingate has rushed for 76 yards to Anderson’s 37 yards; Passing Wingate has 120 yards to Anderson’s 49 yards. Wingate has been able to force its will on the Trojans so far, it will take a huge comeback from the Trojans in the second half to make this game close again.
