AEW WrestleDream is this Saturday at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. There’s an “I Quit” match, multiple title matches, and much more. This is the final card as of October 16, 2025, 6:00 am Eastern, subject to change.
Darby Allin vs. Jon Moxley – “I Quit” match at WrestleDream
This feud actually goes back quite some time, and has ramped up since Darby Allin’s return to action. After planting an AEW flag atop Mount Everest, Jon Moxley has been pulling out the color leading up to the PPV. There’s no doubt this match will have exhilarating high spots and be a bloody mess. It would be odd to have a popular babyface return after conquering the mountain, repeatedly getting beaten up on television, and not get the payoff on the PPV. Moxley has also been helping other talent since the end of his underrated title run. Allin doesn’t seem the type to be quick in any situation.
“Hangman” Adam Page (c) vs. Samoa Joe – Singles match for the AEW World Championship
Look for this one to be a stiff, powerful affair. Both men can take what they give and are proven tough. The storyline is rather lacking, and would be an abrupt end to “Hangman” Adam Page’s relatively new title run. Joe also has a lot of other things going on, including the trio’s championship and work outside of wrestling.
Kris Statlander (c) vs. “Timeless” Toni Storm – Singles match for the AEW Women’s World Championship
It’s about time to end the whimsical, theatrical picture that was the AEW Women’s World Championship and get back to believable characters. Based on their promo on the most recent Dynamite, “Timeless” Toni Storm may be in store for a repackaging. The match has potential, but the best plan would be for Storm to miss some time after this loss, coming back with a new gimmick.
Jurassic Express (Jack Perry and Luchasaurus) vs. The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) – Tag team match. The winners receive a $500,000 cash prize.
AEW continues to use these $500,000 matches instead of actual interesting storylines. The Young Bucks won the last one, and with Jack Perry and Luchasaurus back together as a babyface Jurassic Express, it seems they are in line for a win.
Kyle Fletcher (c) vs. Mark Briscoe – Singles match for the AEW TNT Championship at WrestleDream
Kyle Fletcher is flying high with the TNT Championship and The Don Callis Family. Mark Briscoe is doing well as a singles star, but he doesn’t feel like the one to dethrone this run. Expect some outside interference to aid Fletcher to victory.
Brodido (Bandido and Brody King) (c) vs. Don Callis Family (Kazuchika Okada and Konosuke Takeshita) (with Don Callis) – Tag team match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
As entertaining as Brodido has been, it’s never felt like a long-term tag team. The match itself is destined for greatness with four of the strongest, most athletic, and talented wrestlers on the roster. It seems The Don Callis Family is going to have their hands in a lot of pots this evening. Kazuchika Okada and Konosuke Takeshita could put a crack in their opponents’ team, but it also could continue the ongoing rivalry between the two factionmates. They’ll lose the belt fairly quickly, causing a new rivalry and strife in the family.
Jamie Hayter vs. Thekla – Singles match at WrestleDream
This match doesn’t belong on a PPV card, maybe a preshow. Neither competitor has done anything impressive, and the match is sure to be easy-going. Jamie Hayter is the more popular of the two, but Thekla has a faction with Julia Hart and Skye Blue, and the benefit of being the newest addition to AEW. Look for Thekla to go over in an attempt to push their faction.
The Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, and MVP) vs. The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, and Toa Liona) – Tornado Trios match
These factions have an ongoing rivalry, which has really elevated Bishop Kain and Toa Liona of the Gate of Agony into the mainstream. Ricochet and Shelton Benjamin would be the only ones for a high spot, but the others make up for it in strength, athleticism, and ring IQ. Ricochet is the perfect heel to take the pin and not have it ruin future bookings.
