Last week was a real mess in some ways for the ACC, as Clemson a top playoff contender laid a egg against a well-coached Louisville team who picked Clemson apart in its first ever win over the Tigers in Death Valley. SMU was able to give Pittsburgh its first loss of the season and keep its ACC title chances alive. Virginia Tech was upset in overtime by the Orangeman of Syracuse and now have ended their ACC title hopes. Yet, Miami proved it was still the class of the field by giving Duke hope at halftime, only to destroy it in the second half.

1. California vs. Wake Forest: Both these teams are trying to salvage their season though Wake Forest has had a better season in the record book. Cali has had a great looking team for three quarters then finds a way to give the game away. Give me Wake Forest in this game 27-23!

2. Syracuse vs. Boston College: Syracuse keeps winning games it shouldn’t be in, while losing ones it should win. Boston College has also been up and down and really needs the win Saturday, and the Orangeman are next on the list, yet give me Syracuse to win this game 31-20!

3. FSU vs. Notre Dame: This game will not be close and the Irish want to send a message to the playoff committee that they are Top 12. Notre Dame wins 44-17!

4. Miami vs. Georgia Tech: The Yellow Jackets have had a up and down reason and really would like to end Miami’s undefeated streak at home. The Hurricanes are on a roll and are posed to be a player in the top four of the CFP playoffs. Give me in a upset GT over Miami 35-31 in Overtime!

5. Duke at N.C. State: The Wolfpack gave the Cardinals of Stanford a true beating last week. and want to keep their instate rival in the losing column another week, as Duke comes in hoping to get a win and leave town quick. Wolfpack get the win due to their freshman QB 28-24!

6. Clemson vs. Virginia Tech: Both of these teams last week was posed to have this game mean allot more, now its just about finishing better than last year. Clemson pretty much ended its hopes at the ACC title game as it can’t control its destiny thanks to last weeks loss. The Hokies are at home and hopes that will put them over the Tigers, with that said Dabo will not let what happened last year happen again, Clemson 22-17!

7. Virginia vs. Pittsburgh: The Panthers now are having to hope like Clemson that Miami and SMU hick up and allow the game with Clemson be the one that allows either team to face Miami. Virginia needs to get the win to help its bowl chances get better. Pitts burgh has way more to play for and should handle the Cavs in the second half leading to a 35-21 win!
