The Furman Paladins Men’s soccer team had a Player of the Week honor given to him this week. Slade Starnes was given the honor of Defensive player of the week in the Sothern Conference. Starnes was able to help Furman to a 2-0 record during the week.

Starnes was also a All-Freshman choice in 2022 and added a second team honor in the All-SoCon team a year ago. This year his work on the field is 1 goal, 3 assist, while starting in 8 straight matches for the Men’s team this year.
