Well, once you go all in, it’s time to go all out. AEW All Out is this Saturday in Chicago – let’s break down the card.
#AEW returns to Chicago for #AEWAllOut in less than TWO WEEKS!

After winning back the title from MJF, Will Ospreay will now defend the AEW International Championship against Pac. This match has all the potential in the world, with both men capable of delivering high-flying movesets while keeping it stiff. Their ring IQs are sure to bring amazing reversals and false finishes. As far as a prediction, it would seem odd for Ospreay to drop the title again so quickly—Ospreay to retain.

The AEW World Tag Team Championship will be on the line when The Young Bucks defend their titles against Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta of the Blackpool Combat Club. While they are certain to put on a good match, Claudio and Wheeler just won the AEW Trios Championship with Pac only a couple of weeks ago. It would seem unlikely for the EVPs to drop their titles to a current champion.

Willow Nightingale will take on Kris Statlander in a Chicago Street Fight. This storyline dates back to Double or Nothing, where Statlander turned heel at Nightingale’s expense. This one boils down to the babyface comeback story versus pushing the recent heel turn. I’m going with the current CMLL World Women’s Champion—Willow Nightingale.

MJF is set to face off with Daniel Garcia. This is another friend-turned-foe storyline, with Daniel Garcia looking to get even with the ever-crafty MJF. This feels like AEW’s attempt to elevate Garcia to the next level of stardom. Garcia has proven his skills in the ring but has seemed to miss achieving main event status. I see Garcia putting on a great show before losing to a greasy heel tactic from MJF.

Mercedes Mone will defend the AEW TBS Championship against Hikaru Shida and will have to do it on her own as Kamille is barred from ringside. There has been little to no storyline to this, with Shida winning a four-way match just last week to earn this opportunity. The match itself also isn’t promising, with Mone unable to deliver an above-average match since her AEW debut. That being said, it seems she was brought in with a lot of creative control, and pair that with the lack of storyline, gives me Mone to retain.

Your new AEW World Champion, Bryan Danielson, will defend his title against Jack Perry. Danielson has made it clear that when he loses this championship, his full-time career is over. He also stated he will be a fighting champion, taking on all comers, which is how Perry got this opportunity. It does seem like strange booking to have multiple matches in which current champions are challenging for another title, but Jack Perry, the TNT Champion, does have this opportunity. Does it make sense for Danielson to lose the title so quickly? Does it make sense for a relative up-and-comer to end his full-time career? Does it make sense for the TNT Champion to win the World Championship? No – I give Bryan Danielson the win.

This next contest is sure to be the most physical and brutal match of the night. It’s Swerve Strickland and Adam Page in an unsanctioned steel cage match. This is arguably the best and/or deepest storyline going right now, including Swerve breaking into Hangman’s home and defeating him in the subsequent death match. Hangman has been eyeing Swerve ever since. On the most recent episode of Dynamite, Hangman would return the favor by burning down Swerve’s childhood home. Outside of the storyline, both men have shown themselves to be technically sound while also demonstrating their capability and willingness to take things to the utmost extreme. Swerve is coming off a great title run and has won the last couple of matches between the two. However, I believe Swerve has had his moment and will now allow someone else to shine—Hangman Adam Page to win.

There is one match that I have not touched on, as the competitors are to be chosen on Collision. Kazuchika Okada will defend the AEW Continental Championship in a four-way match. The winners of the following will be in the match: Orange Cassidy vs. Bryan Keith, Lance Archer vs. Mark Briscoe, and Konosuke Takeshita vs. The Beast Mortos. I would expect it to be Kazuchika Okada, Orange Cassidy, Konosuke Takeshita, with Lance Archer or Mark Briscoe being the only tough one to guess. The main story seems to be between Takeshita and Okada—I will take Okada to retain.
