Former NASCAR driver Kurt Busch was arrested on Monday night for DUI in North Carolina. The talented driver known for his 2004 NASCAR championship and brash driving, was originally pulled over for speeding. Busch was doing 63mph in a 45 zone, was also according to the report careless driving and reckless driving. He was released shortly after and had his license revoked for 30 days.

Busch’s blood alcohol level was 0.17% at the time of the arrest, with the legal limit being 0.08% in North Carolina. There has been no comment from Busch at this moment.
