Kentucky Women’s Basketball held a media opportunity at one of the last workouts of the summer on Tuesday July 30th. Enjoy these exit interviews taken by Jeff Drummond.
During the workouts, one thing was evident, everyone can shoot. From the smallest players on the floor as in Georgia Amoore and Cassidy Rowe to the tallest 6’3” Amelia Hassett and 6’5” Clara Strack everyone was consistently knocking down threes. Per her father, Cassidy Rowe even hitting 28 in a row in a drill during the workout.
Amoore and Strack were impressive together in their tandem drills as chemistry from playing together last season at Virginia Tech was on full display. After a tough summer of lifting and basketball workouts there is even more excitement for this team this winter. Enjoy these interactions with the players and November cannot get here fast enough for the season to begin.
