Top Clemson WR target Dillon Alfred decided today to push back his announcement between Clemson and Ole Miss after visiting both schools this past weekend. He plans to make his commitment on August 2nd between the two teams left in his race. He visited Clemson Saturday for the All In Cookout, then left to take a unofficial visit at Ole Miss before returning home.
Over the past weekend and visited two amazing places (Clemson and Ole Miss), both unique and special in their own way. I initially thought about making my commitment decision today. However, after thinking about it more I’m delaying my announcement until August 2nd

He had visited Clemson back earlier in the year yet choose to commit to Ole Miss not long afterwards. He then made a trip to Clemson to work out at one of Dabo’s High School Camps then shortly their after decommitted to Ole Miss upon receiving a Clemson offer. Clemson now has two WRs in its 2025 class in Preston and Henderson even though Henderson is listed as an ATH he is pegged to be in the WR room.
