The 18-game schedule features teams starting league play in late December and ending on the first Saturday of March. Each team will play one primary partner both home and away as well as one variable partner home and away.
Wake Forest’s primary partner is NC State while this year’s variable partner is Notre Dame. The Demon Deacons will not face Virginia during the 2026-27 regular season.

Secure Your Spot Now At LJVM Coliseum
In the continued effort to provide a World Class Student-Athlete Experience, the Best Fan Experience in North Carolina and bringing Value to Wake Forest, Winston-Salem and the Triad Communities, Wake Forest Athletics is offering seat rights options again for men’s basketball season ticket holders for the 2026-27 season.
Fans who participate in the Annual Seat Rights Program have the ability to lock in their seating location on an annual basis, rather than having their seats reassigned each season. Annual Seat Rights provides fans more flexibility and the assurance that fans can renew their existing seat location or receive first priority to upgrade into the best seating options available, ahead of each men’s basketball season.
A Look At The Road Matchups
During the 2024-25 season, the Demon Deacons became the first ACC program to sweep the West Coast swing, as Wake Forest defeated Stanford 79-73 at Maples Pavilion before knocking off Cal 76-66 at Haas Pavilion three days later.
Additionally, Wake Forest secured its first-ever win at the JMA Wireless Dome two seasons ago when the Deacs knocked off Syracuse 81-71 and defeated SMU 77-66 in the first-ever ACC meeting with the Mustangs.
Success In The ACC
Wake Forest has won 54 ACC regular season games since the 2021-22 opener, fifth-most in the ACC during that span.
