AU Trojans Men’s Lacrosse Outlast North Greenville
The #8 Anderson Trojans Men’s Lacrosse (1-0, 0-0 SAC) in the first game of the season took on the #17 ranked North Greenville Trailblazers and got the win 19-10 in front of a great crowd at Spero Field. The Trojans started off sluggish falling behind early at the end of the first period 3-0. The Trojans then began to work its way back in the game and by halftime had started to get back to form and closed in at 5-7 to the Trailblazers.

After Halftime, the Trojans began its comeback as the scored 2 quick goals and tied the game up 7-7. The Trailblazers would score three more goals but that would be it, as the Trojans would have 8 unanswered points to end the game 19-10. Ryan Bitterman would have 6 goals and 1 assist for 7 points total, and 12 shots on goal in the game. Cole Sparks would have 1 goal and 5 assist for 6 points in the game to help the Trojans win the first game of the year.
