The Paladins do something new this year as they play away from their home as Timmons area, and also the Well and now play at Parker Gym. The Furman Paladins (5-0) face off with the Oglethorpe Stormy Petrals (2-2) in a game of two teams looking for some more positive momentum heading into the holiday season of non-conference.

Furman starts off in a furry in this game and gets out to a huge lead and never looks back, as by halftime the Paladins have a 62-17 lead with the stats looking as follows: PJay Smith 12 points 2 rebounds and 4-4 from 3pt and FG, Mason Smith 14 points and 2 rebounds, and Cooper Bowser 10 points with 6 rebounds. The Paladins are shooting 58% from FG, 39% from 3pt range, and 56% from FT line.

Once again, the Paladins are on fire out of the locker room as PJay Smith Jr. is lighting it up with 26 points with still 16 minutes in the game. The Paladins are getting the huge rebounds and are really showing they are an elite team and on the rise. This team has come together fast and may be the surprise team of the SoCon and maybe country this year. Furman is bringing in everyone off the bench to get playing time in this game, with 6 minutes left in the game its 108-41 Furman in command of this game.

The Paladins have just over 3 minutes left and its 116-43 Furman ready to close this game out with now all players checked into the game to the pleasure of the student section in the gym.
