Rondale who the Falcons traded the Cardinals for in the offseason in exchange for QB Desmond Ridder was expected to have a huge role in the Falcons offense in different spots. Many believed he was underutilized in Arizona and was looking for great things to happen this year
The Falcons placed wide receiver Rondale Moore on the reserve/injured list. Moore was carted out of practice yesterday. Today, it was confirmed the issue is his knee.
In turn, they signed punter Ryan Sanborn.

The Falcons have since signed Punter Ryan Sanborn to replace him on the roster at this point. It’s worth noting the injury came at the other side of the field from where the play was made in practice.
