NASCAR is changing yet again as the sport adds new drivers, tracks, and cars to the 2024 season. The major track news is the return of the Brickyard 400, Bristol spring race returns to concrete and is no longer on dirt, Fontana Raceway goes away, Iowa Speedway returns, Atlanta follows Daytona with Fontana gone and gets a Race to start the playoffs. Texas race moves to April, Darlington ends the regular season now, Watkins Glenn enters the post season round of 16. Ford and Toyota brought new cars as Ford introduced the new Dark Horse Mustang, while Toyota introduced the new Camery XSE for this year’s racing season.

Lots of driver changes but the main ones to know are Kevin Harvick retires and goes to the FOX NASCAR booth, and replacing him is Josh Barry, Noah Gragson leaves the #42 car to take over the #10 SHR car from semi-retired Aric Almirola, Zane Smith leaves the #38 car to take over the #71 Spire Motorsports, John Hunter Nemechek takes over the #42 Legacy Motorsports car after being in the Xfinity Series and several other new drivers will start in NASCAR and Xfinity, and Craftsman Truck series this year in new homes.
