Westside Rams Win the State Championship in 4 AAAA Football

The Westside Rams are now the State Champions in 4AAAA football champions, capping off a great year. First year coach Brain Lane led his group of talented players all the way to the title. Cutter Woods a soon to be 4-star QB out of Anderson, Jimmar Boston CB\WR who plays both offense and defense helped lead the group to the win down in Orangeburg.

The Title is the Rams first since 1969, a goal after losing the first game of the year to BHP they then rolled off 14 straight wins with a never say die defense, and high-powered offense. This also is the second time first year Coach Brain Lane has led a team to the state championship. The Rams rallied from a 32-20 deficit in the fourth quarter, as Cutter Woods hit Jimmar Tank Boston to score with 15 seconds left making the score 34-32. Woods had two touchdown passes in the game, and was able to run in another.
