The Greenville Drive (54-49) look to start a win streak and get the upper edge on a series win by facing the Greensboro Grasshoppers (53-47) at Fluor Field. Drive brings in a new INF tonight in Cutter Coffey to play 3rd base, plus adding Catcher Kyle Teel who will be taking the night off, the Drive look to get back on the winning ways as they head to the playoffs. The game scoring starts off in the second when a former USC Gamecock Josiah Sightler hits a homerun and its quickly 1-0 with no outs. Then RF Sammy Siani nails a two-run homer over the Visitor Bullpen in center and its 3-0 with no outs. Then Jase Bowen hits a 3-run homerun, and the Grasshoppers are having an offensive feast and its 6-0 with yet another Homerun by Jack Brannigan and its now 7-0 here in the top of the 2nd inning and the Drive make a call to the bullpen as Chen is out after a rough outing. The Grasshoppers score another in the fourth inning and its now 8-0.
