Drive Gets Huge Win Over Braves

The Greenville Drive (43-37) was able to get a much-needed win tonight over the Rome Braves (37-43) 7-2 at Fluor Field in front of a great crowd turnout. The Braves was first on the board in the top of the second making it 1-0 and from then on it was all Drive. The Drive would score 3 runs in the bottom of both the third and fourth innings to make it 6-1, then both teams would score one run a piece in the fifth inning and the Drive would shut down the Braves from there to go on to win 7-2.
