WWE Money in the Bank is this Saturday in London, England. Note the special start time for the show of 3:00 pm est. With perhaps the biggest opportunity to exist in WWE with the Money in the Bank contract, along with some other red hot story lines, this show is one to look forward to. Let’s break down the current card (subject to change).
Who will be next to join this list?

Let’s start with the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match featuring Ricochet, Shinsuke Nakamura, LA Knight, Santos Escobar, Butch, Damian Priest, and Logan Paul. The favorites appear to be Logan Paul and LA Knight. Logan Paul at the very least has proven he can put on a show that entertains the majority of WWE fans and LA Knight seems to be the crowd favorite. I can’t see WWE giving a part time celebrity cash grab feature the Money in the Bank contract and for that reason I am going with the well deserved LA Knight. I look forward to seeing what Ricochet will come up with as he is surely looking to put on a show. Logan Paul is likely to have an entertaining high spot as well. My dark-horse pick would have to be Damian Priest if you are looking for some value betting, but LA Knight gets my official pick.

Moving from the men to the women, lets break down their Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Zelina Vega, Becky Lynch, Zoey Stark, Bayley, Iyo Sky, and Trish Stratus. This Money in the Bank match is much harder to try and predict. Do we think it will be someone in Damage CTRL with 2 members in the match? Zoey Stark and Trish Stratus are also recently united in some sort of partnership. Will this advantage help one of them win it? Lest we forget perhaps the crowd favorite in this one, Becky Lynch. This leaves a lot to ponder. I landed on two storylines that were difficult to choose from. Will Becky Lynch win the contract and add it to her resume or will Trish Stratus help Zoey Stark “steal” a victory while continuing the recent beef between Becky and Trish. My official pick is going to be Zoey Stark gets the briefcase while Trish hangs around TV a little while longer in an attempt to raise Zoey Stark to new levels and a continued storyline involving Becky Lynch.

Wrestling families collide in this next one as Cody Rhodes takes on Dominik Mysterio. I will give credit to Dominik Mysterio for the heat he is getting and also give credit to WWE for seemingly booking him to increase the heat very well. This being said, I don’t have high hopes for this match. Neither superstar brings an above average move set or athleticism, so we have to hope for something exciting elsewhere. It’s impossible for me to see WWE having Cody lay down for Dominik at this point, so lock in Cody Rhodes for the victory.

Let’s get to a championship match, let’s talk Seth Rollins and Finn Balor for the World Heavyweight Championship. These two are sure to put on an amazing professional match and leave it all in the ring. When I heard HHH talk about this title being for the workhorse champions of the company, these are the two that came to mind first While I think it’s easy to say Seth Rollins is going to win this match, I do give the slightest edge to Finn when we talk in ring abilities. Seth does have a better grasp on his gimmick, cuts better promos, and I could be convinced that he is just as good in the ring. WWE is going to continue pushing their golden baby face, Seth Rollins to retain.

This event also features the Bloodline Civil War Match, we are talking about Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa taking on The Uso’s as The Bloodline seems to be coming to an end. Proving why we needed the World Heavyweight Championship back, the WWE Championship is not on the line at another Premium Live Event. The Uso’s are clearly the more talented in ring talent but all Bloodline matches have had some sort of excitement, drama, plot twist etc. It’s hard to imagine Roman Reigns taking a loss while also hard to imagine The Uso’s losing after standing up for themselves and after the face turn. It boils down to 2 possible outcomes for me; either Solo takes the pin for the loss or the Money in the Bank winner interrupts this match so there is no official outcome. I have such little confidence in the outcome I will not make an official prediction for this article, but isn’t that what makes wrestling exciting? I bet Roman isn’t taking the pin, that’s about it.

The recently unified Women’s Tag Team titles will also be on the line as Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler defend against former champions Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriquez. Will WWE let Liv and Raquel have the straps back after Liv returned from injury, or will Ronda and Shayna continue on their short but dominant heel run as champions. The champions have the biggest name in Ronda Rousey and also have the most talent in-ring star in Shayna Baszler. The challengers have a returning baby-face superstar who is very popular with the WWE audience in Liv Morgan, along with perhaps the power house of the match in Raquel Rodriquez. My prediction for this match is the champions retain and continue on a hot heel run, but it would not shock me if they gave the strap back to one of their top booked baby-faces in Liv Morgan.

The final match to discuss is the Intercontinental Championship match between Gunther and Matt Riddle. While appearing as a much better match-up then the last Intercontinental Championship match, it’s still hard to imagine Gunther on the mat for a 3 count here as well. Matt Riddle certainly is over with the WWE crowd and has a very entertaining personality, but Gunther’s run has been far too dominate to even imagine him taking the loss here. I foresee them having a great match, Matt Riddle is a great talent, but Gunther will leave his chest red and bloody and pin him off the powerbomb.
