Tonight’s game after yesterday sets up to be a battle on all ends. Greenville even after clinching a playoff birth, needs to get a win and points to keep its hopes for a 2nd place spot and a chance to have a bye. The Solar Bears take the lead, and it becomes 1-0 and it stays this way till the end of the 1st period.

The Swamp Rabbits come out in the 2nd period with a vengeance and take advantage of the power play and get 2 quick goals to take the lead 2-1.

Then with out a second look the Swamp Rabbits score another goal and the fans have really gone crazy. Ben Freeman gets the Rabbits to a 3-1 lead and the Bears are struggling.

The Bears try to keep Greenville out of the goal area but with 93 seconds left in the 2nd period the Rabbits get another score to make it 4-1, and with time running out we are now at intermission and the Rabbits lead by 3 with all four goals in the second period.

The Polar Bears get another goal at the start of the 3rd period and its now 4-2 and Greenville will need to be careful to not let the Bears come back on therm. This answer comes with under two minutes left as the Swamp Rabbits get another score and we are at 5-2 Greenville extends its lead back to 3 and its all over as the Rabbits pull off back to back wins, as Luke Richardson stop 26-28 in goal.
