I had the pleasure to interview long time Greenville Triumph fan favorite and leader on the soccer team Aaron Walker and it was great talking to him and getting his perspective on the team and his career. Here is our interview, and it’s also available on IHeart Radio and Spotify.

Among the highlights of the interview was finding out Aaron has played in Iceland. Not many soccer players can say they have this on their resume. Also, he had time with Cininnati FC, and the Atlanta Silverbacks, he was also a college player at Oglethorpe University after getting many D1 offers, he decided on Oglethorpe where he won many awards.
Aaron has played in over 100 games for the Triumph and is one of a few players that have been with Greenville since its start. Aaron loves the team, but also the Greenville area which he said is a great place to be and loves how soccer is growing in popularity in the area.
